Why Choose Groovy Travels for your Wedding?

When you plan a wedding far away from home it can be a hassle.  Will the chapel, garden, or beach really look like the picture?  Will it rain on my wedding day?  Am I getting the best price? Is the photographer, caterer, and other vendors experienced and reliable?  How do I juggle all the different arrangements?  What if someone I have hired doesn't show up?

When you plan your wedding, reception, and honeymoon with Groovy Travels it is all inclusive.  You have one wedding planner for all of your travel, guest travel, honeymoon registry, wedding and reception arrangements, and invitations.  What could be easier?

Gratuity for my Wedding
It is customary to show appriciation for your wedding services with a gratuity.  Standard food and beverage service gratuity is 15% of the total bill.  Other services such as your hair and make-up artist, minister, photographer, videographer, entertainers, and coordinator should be tipped according to the services they provide.  We reccomend 15% of the bill for services such as hair and make-up and $25 - $100 for all other services.  The amount you tip should be based on the level of service you received and the kind of wedding/reception you held.  For example, a formal evening event would constitute more work and time than a simple afternoon beach wedding ceremony for the bride and groom and maybe a couple of family members.  Think about the amount of time and dedication as well as the level of service that the wedding professional provided you.  Remember to include gratuities as part of your budget.  It is appropriate to give the gratuity in an envelope at the end of the event or included with a payment made directly to the service provider.

Wedding Payments and Policy
All wedding packages, receptions, and services are subject to change or substitution at anytime.  A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve a wedding date and services.  Final Payment is due approximately 60 days before travel.  Once final payment is received all wedding services and products are non refundable.  Additional fees for changes may apply.  Returned Check fee is $50.00 plus bank fees.  Please see our terms and conditions for more details.
